New Face at IMC

PhD Fellow Tatiana Goregliad Fjaellingsdal, University of Oldenburg, Germany

The reason for my visit to the IMC is a cooperation project with K. Tylén and C. Vesper on cognitive flexibility, diversity and social interaction. We want to study how diverse beliefs can stimulate problem solving in an interactional task.

My PhD topic is on verbal social interaction, where I employ established psychological and neuroscientific research methods (e.g., electroencephalography) in an increasingly open-ended social interaction scenario. Together with cooperation partners in Dresden-Germany, we use an interdisciplinary approach to target neural correlates in such a dynamic setup (Project IMPACT, see https://www.researchgate.net/project/Impact-Improve-patterns-of-social-interactions).

I will be visiting Aarhus University from 14 May to 1 June 2018, And my desk is in 1483-318
