Software Carpentry Workshop

 

Interacting Minds Centre and Cognition and Behavior Lab welcome Mateusz Kuzak and Christopher M?drela to Aarhus, to teach an exciting two-day Software Carpentry workshop

The workshop aims to develop research skills by equipping scientists with fundamental computing skills that play an ever-increasing role in the life of a researcher. In this practical, hands-on workshop, researchers will enhance computer skills in the following domains:

  • Automate tasks using the Unix shell
  • Be introduced to structured programming in Python
  • Learn about version control using Git
  • Develop SQL programming skills
