Christine Parsons has received an AUFF Nova grant for the project, "Use it or lose it!": Encouraging uptake of paternity leave”. Following the 2022 Danish reform earmarking 11 weeks of leave to fathers instead of 2, the project examines the beliefs that might impact men's leave uptake. The goal is to develop brief, scalable interventions to target beliefs, such as perceptions of workplace stigma, that might prevent men from using their earmarked leave. 

The project, with co-PI Josh Skewes, will recruit a full-time research assistant at the Interacting Minds Center in the coming months
