Hi! My name is Jan, and I’m here at IMC for a four week internship during October in which I’ll be working together with Andreas Lieberoth on a project concerning media discourses about kids, screens and digital media in Danish newspapers. 

After that, I’ll stick around for half a year or so as a research assistant, collaborating with Andreas on a project about digital media practices and rules in Danish day care centres.

I have a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, and am - as you can probably tell - interested in the digital life of children, and more specifically how digital technologies (and the discourses surrounding these) influence the social practices of children.
