In the Danish radio programme "Pilgrim" on P1, radio host and journalist Anders Laugesen interviews postdoc Hanne Bess Boelsbjerg about her research into cancer patients' belief in an afterlife. The programme is called "The Art of Dying" and looks at how to prepare for your own death and support others in their dying process. Bess explains how religious beliefs about death can be both reassuring and frightening when you are coming closer to dying.
